Effective Vision

Creating a vision in a high business organization. To me, vision is one of the pillars of an organization. Because it clarifies the essence of the organization, the purpose of the organization in his life, what association we would like to create in the market when the name of the organization.

More pragmatically, vision is a long-term plan, a program that combines ideology with action. In my eyes, this is the only place where reason and emotion are in harmony. But it is not enough, the vision is the lighthouse of the organization according to which it will direct its behavior and business decisions.

The values that make up the vision in the organization create a consistent and positive culture in society. Their assimilation in the organization helps the worker in building the right thought patterns when making his daily decisions.

Since the vision expresses the future, desired, and agreed image of the company and constitutes the core of the strategic plan, it is of great importance that it be assimilated into the organization's employees at all levels. This is before we go outside. The construction of a vision is usually done by a consulting firm or senior ranks of the organization, but we should not leave it on the CEO's desk, in the company profile, on the website, or even in the reception hall of the organization. If the last employee does not live and breathes the vision, the company will not meet its goals.

This week I received in the mail the catalog of Crazy Lynn, they chose Galit Gutman as the new spinster, as the person who embodies the ideal femininity. There is no better choice than this, Galit Gutman is a sign and death of femininity and chic. But when I went into the chain stores scattered around the center, it was apparent that the vision of "Crazy Woman" was far away. Both in the visibility of the shop window, in the sight of the shops, the distribution of the clothing on the shelves, and the senseless sloppiness of the salesmen. This is only an example of the importance of an effective, consequential, practical vision. The lack of congruence between vision and space is one of the reasons why business objectives are not met. So perhaps instead of going out with large business expenses, the company must make sure that the company's vision is embedded until the last employee can describe it with passion - then it will be possible to predict business success.
